In short, I ran a program that prevents Ubisoft from connecting to the internet; unfortunately, it can't be fixed. The problem keeps showing up as "connection lost." Despite my efforts and teamwork with Geek Squads, I haven't found a solution. I've tried resetting network settings, rebooting the PC multiple times, changing the router settings, using different Wi-Fi and Ethernet cables, removing Bitdefender, clearing Windows firewall rules, reinstalling Ubisoft Connect several times, deleting suspicious programs, and even involving Geek Squad with MCT. There are likely other steps I missed. On my device, I can't log in and see the error, but it works fine on other devices on the same network. If you need more details, just let me know.

I enjoy the challenging ones. Have you tested Ubisoft Connect as an administrator before? Try it in admin mode first just to confirm it works. Clear your hosts file: instructions for resetting it to defaults. Microsoft Support suggests using nslookup to check the IP address of ubisoftconnect.com. Run PowerShell commands to verify connectivity and see if any fail. Tell us about the program you used or any clues that helped identify the block.
