Whenever I start my PC, I encounter a "driver timeout" alert accompanied by a black screen or freeze, followed by the same sound as when removing a USB drive. After receiving the "display driver is in safe mode" notice, the system begins to lag. I attempted to clean the drivers using DDU and reinstall the GPU driver, but the issue persists. I also tried installing an older driver version, yet the problem continues. Disabling Windows' auto drivers didn't help either. After a full reinstall of Windows, the same message appears. Despite this, everything inside the PC appears normal; I haven't adjusted the GPU settings, and the BIOS is fully updated.

I confirmed everything is current.
My motherboard model is Gigabyte B450M H with BIOS F63b.
The most recent download available on the Gigabyte website is F63.

Another weird thing is that right after resetting windows I still had driver timeout but no crash when playing Elden ring. Only driver timeout when I launch my pc and when I stop playing.

I completed everything and it didn't make a difference.
The memorytest/scannow test shows no errors.

if you run gpu without any of the driver, only the generic from os will add this check and your psu will be minimal for using this gpu check link

Adding this check specs means you're at the minimum required for the PSU to use this GPU check link.
I didn't get it, what does a check specs mean? I can't download anything from the link. My English is not good.
My PSU is 650W and I made a mistake in the first post.

And I don't have driver timeout error with the base windows driver, they only appear when I install an AMD GPU driver.
