Adjust the SOC to 1.1 Dram to 1.34 and test 2133 if successful; aim for 2666. Update the BIOS, clear the CMOS. Ensure the ratio is set to 100:100, then try 2400.

You're referring to the Uncore OC Voltage (VID) and the Dram voltage, correct?
