Hello, I recently purchased the game and encountered an issue where it would attempt to sign me in and display an error about failing to download configuration files with the code "turtle." Despite following all recommendations from Bungie—such as a fresh install, restarting, and checking network settings—I still face this problem. My system specs are: GTX 965m, i7 4720HQ, 16GB RAM. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced similar issues.

Check for packet loss by running a ping test to 4.2.2.2 with high packets. Share the output here. If it shows no issues, the article you linked should provide further guidance.
