Hello, Your PC displays a blue screen when you turn on XMP on your Aorus B450m, Ryzen 5 3600 and Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x8GB 3200MHz CMW16GX4M2C3200C16. You suspect voltage might be the issue.

I possess identical boards and can successfully adjust the RAM speed to 3200Mhz. Please find the relevant file here.

Voltage is configured automatically. Did you adjust the timing settings in addition to enabling XMP?
