I recently moved to Windows 10 and used to put my PC to sleep, but now it shows a blue screen with the error "attempt write to read only memory." It seems the power settings were adjusted, then I reset them to always keep the drive on and turned off hybrid sleep. My BIOS is current, and all drivers appear fresh. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Start the fresh installation immediately. Before doing so, update your BIOS and reset it to default settings. Then proceed with the clean install.

It’s a driver-related problem. Similar issues occurred in earlier Windows releases. You might need to manually reinstall or cleanly reinstall your drivers.
