I enjoy using design tools from Autodesk on my college computers. I recently purchased an Asus G551JX with 950MB 2GB DDR3, Intel 2GB RAM, and an i7-4720 2.6GHz processor. After installing the Alias products, I encountered an error stating slow graphics performance. When I open Show Log, it displays an I7-4720 with 1 core, 1 logical core, and 2GB of NVIDIA graphics memory. I’m confused because my system shows 4 physical cores and 8 logical cores, plus 1GB dedicated to Intel. My laptop appears genuine and was bought from a licensed Asus store, so I assume the hardware is correct. This seems like a software problem—please help me resolve it.
