Changed the CPU waterblock, but the PC isn’t working. USB and HDMI aren’t being detected. Could be an issue with the motherboard specs I have?

Used Z370-F board, attempted CMOS reset but failed. Removed RAM and it also didn’t work.

Consider reattaching the water block. It might indicate a pressure problem.

I just tried it again. The problem remains unchanged. I’m not sure about the rest of the setup except for the UBS and HDMI connections.

Previously attempted to reset CMOS. Swapped RAM. Installed new motherboard but issue persists.
