Error on blue screen when starting a new PC: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I recently assembled a new PC with solid specs: 6600K processor, 8GB RAM, 340GB SSD, 2TB HDD from Gigabyte R9 390.
But I encounter a blue screen after playing games for some time, followed by crashes.
I’ve increased the processor temperature to 4.4GHz at 1.28GHz clock speed, but previously it ran smoothly at 1.35GHz with 6.6GHz. It still crashes with the error IRLP_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
I’m unsure what to do and need some advice.
