Hello, your new prebuilt PC is functioning well until shutdowns. When you power it on, it displays a blue screen indicating a critical process failure and restarts automatically. Despite reinstalling Windows, the issue persists. You’ve tried booting from a USB stick without encountering the blue screen. It seems there might be an SSD problem with your Western Digital WD Blue SN580 drive. Consider checking the drive’s health, running diagnostics, or replacing it if necessary.

PC achieved a win rate of 10 or 11. Was the system updated via Windows Update?

Is the product still covered by warranty? It might be best for the seller to handle this through their customer service to resolve the issue. I've bought several WD blue drives and they all seem to be working fine. There could have been a bad chance, but I’d reach out to the seller before making any changes. Working with their guidance should prevent any complaints about modifications. Good luck!

Absolutely, I have it. I was just looking for alternative options.

I understand your frustration, but hardware problems in a prebuilt unit should be handled by the seller. Trying to fix it yourself with makeshift solutions might void your warranty and leave evidence of tampering. I prefer handling things myself, but sometimes a quick fix isn’t worth the risk.
