The issue typically displays "Driver Power state failure." After every other boot, a BSOD appears within 2 to 5 minutes. Here are the files I shared: https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArHstwOM3zZHgc3RW402...I?e=UlIwgR This started roughly a week ago. I believe the problem began when my BIOS transitioned to a backup version because the motherboard asked for an update, erasing all my BIOS settings. The installed version displayed an older BIOS before the update, and my saved presets differed. I notice a change when the system forces a reset—causing a blue screen or power loss, which wipes my fan curve settings. In contrast, the version possibly linked to power state failures doesn’t have this issue. I experienced occasional BSODs before a week ago, so it’s unclear if that’s the cause. However, these crashes occur very frequently, happening every other boot to Windows. Windows 11 x64 Pro - Retail, fresh install 2 months and 8 months old CPU: Threadripper 3990x GPU: 3x RTX 3090 Founders PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1500 T2 80+ Titanium Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus TRX40 XTREME Rev 1.0 - LATEST BIOS I’m struggling to get perfmon working. It’s been this way for about 10 minutes.

I noticed fast mode is active on my Samsung drive. After a BSOD, I recall a pop-up stating "magician failed to start." I'll attempt to disable magician and observe the outcome.

The problem seems to be with Samsung Magician. On the boots, it doesn't start at all even when the BSOD doesn't appear.
