Hello, a short time ago I assembled my PC. It has operated perfectly until I adjusted the screen refresh rate from 60Hz to 144Hz. After making that change, I experience occasional random pauses of about two seconds when using the Alt key in games. These occurrences are infrequent, happening roughly once every ten Alt tabs. During idle periods, the freezes don’t appear. I attempted reverting back to 60Hz, but it didn’t resolve the issue. So far, uninstalling and reinstalling GPU drivers using the display driver uninstaller hasn’t helped.
