I recently assembled my initial PC with no prior experience. Everything seemed normal until now. Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix X670e-E gaming Wi-Fi CPU/GPU: Ryzen 9 7950X (using igpu) Processor: NZXT C1200 Memory: g.skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB Case: NZXT H9 Elite Storage: 1 x 2TB NVMe SSD, 2 old hard drives that were sitting unused The machine powered on and functioned properly at first, but then I encountered error code 99 preventing it from booting into BIOS. When I connected basic peripherals like the keyboard and mouse, the error shifted to B4. Previously it would boot into BIOS, though I couldn't install Windows. Recently, the error changed to D7 each time I turn it on and off. I’m unsure what to do; I’ve double-checked all cables and they’re securely plugged in.

1: Initiate CMOS reset 2: Verify power and data connections are secure 3: Experiment with a different CPU and RAM as the first solution mentioned indicates issues with CPU/RAM according to Q-CODE Error Codes on ASUS website (AMD CPU link) 4: Inspect and clean the pins/contacts of all components.

I cleared the CMOS right now and checked all my CPU and motherboard power pins. They appear clean, with a green light indicating everything is fine. I accessed BIOS about three hours ago and confirmed my RAM was intact. Thanks for the help!
