Hi, I see you're dealing with a tricky setup issue. You've got an i9 9900K and an AsRock Z370 from a reputable seller. Your old M.2 drive worked fine under the previous Windows version, but now you're aiming for a fresh Windows 10 install. The problem starts around 65% during installation, with frequent BSODs appearing. After a few minutes of inactivity, the system crashes at the first boot screen. It sounds like the BIOS settings or some configuration might be the culprit. Let me know if you want help checking BIOS options or other potential fixes!
I don’t really understand how that happened, but the CPU core voltage was too low by default. I’m aware they overclocked the CPU, but I’m unsure how they used it in this case. Now I realize that undervolting the CPU can cause this BSOD. By adjusting the core voltage to 1.25V, it works fine. Anyway, I’m glad my CPU is still alive. Thanks for your reply, Mister Woof!
