Update
: Visited my nearby Computer Store. They identified the problem as STATIC. The employee cleaned the RAM and GPU with an eraser, then reinserted them. The system restarted into the ASUS BIOS and booted up in about 30 seconds. I'm wondering why STATIC leads to this issue—could anyone help explain so I can prevent it next time?
