I would reset the CMOS using a jumper or by removing the coin cell battery for five minutes. This will restore all motherboard settings to their default state. Are there any indications of activity (fan operation, lights on, etc.)? Also, with 4800Mhz DDR5, enabling XMP doesn’t seem necessary since that speed is already the minimum available.

Discovered a curious problem. Conducted tests and realized the issue lies with the RAM, especially the slots. Using any A channel slot with any stick works, but the B slot doesn’t start, possibly due to the CPU not being properly seated.

Did you install your RAM in slots A_2 and b_2? Those are the standard positions.

Sometimes using just one stick in the A-1 or A-2 slot works fine. Occasionally it functions in B-1 and B-2, but after entering BIOS with A-2 and B-2 it restarts without booting. This is the second motherboard I'm trying to assemble, the first had a similar 0-1-0-1 pattern—once it booted, entered BIOS, then failed again. Could be related to the processor or power supply unit?

I would insert one DDR5 stick and perform a BIOS update afterward, then run a load default settings test and attempt again. Manual instructions indicate this.
