Windows 11 64bit
Intel i9 12900k stock
Asus TUF 3080 OC stock
Corsair Dominator DDR4 16 gigs, XMP Enabled 3600hz
Asus TUF Z690 Plus
Corsair 850w Shift
Boot drive: WD M.2 Blue 500gig
Samsung 980 storage
WD Black storage

When launching games, functionality appears to work but sound software occasionally crashes and Chrome may stop. Error messages indicate application issues, sometimes due to insufficient memory. I have reinstalled Windows, updated BIOS and drivers, and used Malwarebytes free version without problems. A few months ago, after a Windows update, my PC wouldn’t shut down when restarting; I had to hold the case button. They sent me a refurbished board but it didn’t resolve these issues.

I've reinstalled the operating system.
Where did you obtain the installer for your device?
I believed requesting a replacement motherboard through RMA would assist, but they provided another refurbished unit without resolving these issues.
What was the original board before it was refurbished? If its make and model differs, you should reinstall the OS.

It's the identical model and version of the board. I saved Windows from Microsoft. I think I've reinstalled it once more on this unit.
