This whole thing is very strange. I think it's lying... because a UEFI update came out in October ... did you happen to update the UEFI after October? Yes, confirmed, can't trust MSI Center apparently. Latest UEFI is 7C56v1F and I'm guessing 1E0 is a beta UEFI. Regardless, no reason to update from 1E0 to 1F except for security stuff. Won't fix your issue.
