It seems like the issue might be connected to power or the motherboard, possibly related to the motherboard or power supply unit. Since I don’t have backup parts, I can only guess if it’s something like that until I decide to upgrade. The problem isn’t limited to high load—it can happen even when just browsing videos.

Occasionally achieving stable RAM requires increased CPU voltage; the quick response time might also play a role, while wear and tear are another possibility. Regardless, it seems your motherboard or RAM setup is likely the issue, and you've already resolved it temporarily.

It makes sense that the issue might stem from incompatibility between your motherboard and RAM. A higher CPU voltage could be the root cause.

After some time, a problem in my system caused the BSOD to occur less than 5% of the time when switching from 3W to 180W. Raising the minimum voltage to 6W resolved it, but my CPU slowed down from 5150MHz to 5100MHz. The main issues seem to be related to the motherboard, VRM, or PSU. Since my GPU is working fine, it’s likely the motherboard is affected. My best guess is VRM degradation on my motherboard causing slower response time.
