Hi everyone, my Windows froze yesterday and I had to restart. After rebooting, the blue screen appeared again when I pressed Enter or F8. It would briefly go black before returning to the same error. Once in BIOS, neither of my two M.2 NVMe SSDs showed up—only my HDDs were detected. I’m puzzled about what could have caused both drives to fail at once. I suspect a CPU or motherboard issue, but I haven’t tried advanced diagnostics yet and don’t have another machine to test the SSDs or CPU. Have you encountered anything similar? I’ve followed basic troubleshooting steps, but I need more insight.

Check your window installation and try it again. In the suggested guide, consider reinstalling Windows if needed. It seems the issue isn't related to your storage devices.
