Settings/System/Display stops working and shows a spinning circle. No recent updates were made to Windows, and it works without the display driver. The sfc /scannow tool found no problems, and fixing Windows from a USB drive didn’t resolve the issue. Before starting a full reinstall, are there any other steps you could try?

Yes, but the settings menu remains inaccessible and a spinning wheel displays instead.

It seems quite unusual. Consider performing a fresh Windows installation if needed. Otherwise, simply go to the display settings through the desktop.

It seems there was a mix-up in accessing the display settings. I didn’t reach that page by right-clicking the desktop. After fixing Windows and running sfc /scannow, a fresh install might be necessary. The system seems to function normally otherwise—can you check other System options like Sound Settings?

The system appears to function properly and all other configurations are operating correctly.
