Two days ago when I power on my PC and boot into Pop OS, the GUI doesn’t load. I can connect via SSH and perform tasks, but loading the interface still fails. Previously it worked after running sudo apt-get update and upgrade. That didn’t solve the issue. Additionally, I need to reinstall GRUB because I reinstalled Windows on a different drive. There’s a link to a GRUB post, but I’m not sure it’s related.

You're referring to a GUI that isn't loading, right? If that's the case, launch StartX and check for errors. Install a desktop environment if needed, then restart and try starting it again.
