Your system is refusing to boot, showing an error about device 0x7b. All storage devices are listed in BIOS, but the Windows repair fails. After replacing the SSD, only the USB drive appears in the installer. Consider checking hardware connections, updating drivers, or performing a factory reset.

does your computer still launch into the troubleshooter? look for safemode and select boot in safemode. if it reaches the desktop there, it likely resolved the issue automatically—just restart and you should be fine. the problem is probably related to BIOS settings such as secureboot or something similar.

You can reach the windows troubleshoot menu, but a safe mode isn’t available.

It seems the system displayed an unusual prompt. Trying to boot into safe mode with the command line could help. Make sure you understand the commands before using them. This should trigger a safe boot on startup if successful. If it doesn’t work, there might be an issue with the storage device. To disable safe mode boot, open an admin command prompt, run bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot, and then restart the computer.

The 0x7B error, also called INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE, happens when Windows can't reach the system partition at startup. This is usually because of hardware problems or wrong BIOS settings. Solutions include undoing recent hardware adjustments, using Safe Mode, or looking for disk issues.

Start from the Windows Installer flash drive. Select your language, then press F10 to open the Command Prompt immediately. Enter "Diskpart" and press Enter. Next, type "List Disk" and press Enter. If the desired disk appears, choose it by typing its number (like 0). Then run "List Partition 5". Choose partition #6. Set it to active mode for a clean installation. The installer will create new partitions and format them during setup. Follow the on-screen steps. If the disk isn’t found, download the IRST driver and save it directly to the flash drive, not in a folder. When prompted in "Select Location...", browse to the Flash drive and install the IRST driver there. After installation, the system will restart and you can pick the disk for Windows installation.
