Have you seen a solution for the issue where the game suddenly crashes with an Err_gfx_D3d_init error? It usually occurs around the 5-minute mark, and attempts like lowering the GPU clock or installing beta drivers haven't helped.

I have Dx11 set up. I can play for 5 to 30 minutes, but then I get banned.

Other reported fixes include: restarting the PC, removing GTA 5 settings file, adjusting graphics via GeForce Experience or RAPTR, checking the game cache after purchasing through Steam, and launching GTA 5 with maximum CPU usage.

It occurs only when I power off my GPU. Even with standard clock settings, the error isn't visible during 8 hours of gameplay.

Successfully resolved the issue. I had to disable the OC on both the CPU and GPU, which allowed it to run smoothly for more than an hour.

Same issues are occurring with me too. The GPU I have now on the GPU has been stable for most tasks over the past month, but it keeps crashing in GTA after about half an hour. It’s frustrating because bringing the GPU back to stock clocks fixed it, even a small increase like +50 MHz instead of the usual +250 didn’t help. This is especially annoying since the GPU struggles with running the game at 1440p on higher settings.

I've faced the same issues repeatedly, crashing over 30 times and needing to reinstall the game multiple times. After adjusting settings, I've managed to resolve the problem and it's been stable ever since.
