Is the problem limited to your CPU? Upgrading the CPU might help, especially if it's causing issues with demanding games like Death Stranding or Cyberpunk. I've already tried several troubleshooting steps, but the issue mostly appears in newer games. Blizzard titles seem fine, and other modern games are unaffected. Just a note—it was an Intel i7 6700.
