Hello everyone. I'm attempting to download Forza 3 today on a fresh Windows 10 setup with version 1809. The installation title keeps showing the error code 0x87E10BD0 even after trying to get the license. I've set up a folder in %windir% AUInstallAgent and run wsreset.exe each time, followed by a reboot, but it hasn't resolved the issue. I'm sharing this now so others can help.

It seems they found a fix by chance. They added some free apps, and after that the Feedback Hub prompted them to log in using their Microsoft account, even though they were already signed in. It’s pretty cool how Windows handled it!
