When you're asked for dump files please upload the dumps themselves (the *.dmp files), you'll find them in the C:\Windows\Minidumps folder.

OK, you're asking if the raw text is what you need. I don't see an option to upload a file directly, and in other threads people used OneDrive, so I followed that approach. I'm unable to open the DMP files because they indicate I lack the necessary rights.

Don't attempt to open the .dmp files; we focus on uploading them to a cloud platform like OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. Share the link with us so others can access them freely.

the instructions require me to ask the administrator again, even though i’ve already done so and only have one user account on my device. this issue persists whether i upload through explorer or by dragging and dropping files, as it shows as uploading but stops with no progress and 0mb. how can i find a workaround for this (i can’t locate any obvious solutions online)?

Select all the dump files and then press Ctrl+C to copy those files to the clipboard. Move to the desktop and press Ctrl+V to paste the files onto the desktop. Now upload them from the desktop.

We often don't fully grasp the expertise of those we assist, which is why we strive to provide clear details. No harm intended.

New update installed: UEFI-based Bios Update resolved performance problems, notebook runs faster without scaling or frame rate issues. Still experience bluescreens occasionally. I had one since the update, but now dxgkrnl.sys and nvlddmkm.sys are red while watchdog.sys remains normal.
