It seems you're dealing with a recurring problem. You've tried installing PVE 7 multiple times but faced the same issue again after two months. Since you can't find anything in the BIOS settings, you might want to re-image PVE 7 using the dd command on your Macbook. If you created the ISO from a freshly installed USB disk, that could explain why the issue persists.
