I recently purchased new motherboard and CPU for replacement, but I'm encountering a B2 error. The system is stuck on the welcome screen and doesn't accept any input. I tried accessing the backup BIOS, which showed no bootable devices and reported the CPU temperature as 56-59°C. I have the specifications: MB model Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Rev 1.0, CPU I5 3570k, GPU GT 1030 OC, RAM HyperX Fury 8GB (4x2) DDR3 at 1600mhz, a 160GB Seagate HDD, and a 2TB Seagate HDD. What should I do next?
