The issue involves a random shutdown triggered by the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error, specifically with win32kfull.sys failing. The PC briefly powers on and off repeatedly before shutting down completely when you turn off the power source.

I took out my GPU but the issue persisted. It seems the problem might be with the motherboard. There’s probably a way to check that.

PSU - focus on power, not GPU. Test various PSUs if you can.
