I recently assembled a new gaming PC for streaming and content creation, but I'm facing persistent problems. I've experimented with various solutions, yet the issues continue. Issue #1: it occurs frequently during streaming and gaming sessions, with monitors suddenly going black and then returning after a short delay. When they do return, my game ends abruptly, my stream cuts off, and I receive an error like "Graphics Driver Error." I must restart the system before I can resume playback or streaming. Initially, I suspected a Windows 11 instability since it's not the most stable OS yet, and I kept my drivers updated. I downgraded to Windows 10, but the problem persists, especially during games such as Fortnite and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Rust rarely triggers this issue. Issue #2: this happens roughly twice weekly, regardless of whether I'm playing or chatting on Discord. A blue screen appears randomly, requiring a reboot before I can continue. This behavior started after the Windows 10 upgrade. I'm seeking guidance to diagnose and resolve these issues. Thank you for your time and attention.

Usually this happens because the PSU isn’t delivering enough power when things are demanding. Could the temperatures of your GPU under stress be normal? Are all the power connections secure?

I initially considered the PSU but it's a 1200 Watt unit when the suggested was 1000W for the parts. Temperatures have stayed normal, the GPU never exceeds 60°C and the CPU stays below 85°C, which isn't too bad for a 13900k underload.

This might be due to an improper application of thermal paste on your GPU. I've experienced issues with MSI, where a card began to fail after just under nine months despite using fresh paste.

You can test the GPU without touching it by using a non-contact method, like checking for heat or vibrations. Avoid any actions that might disturb the cooling system.

You can take off the shroud without emptying a non-custom loop. Using a custom loop requires draining it first. Also keep in mind that if your warranty is still valid, contacting MSI might be worthwhile. Other possible causes include a malfunctioning pump, which could also explain your problem. EDIT - discovered a tear-down video for your card, showing some highlighted issues such as overheating memory.

I appreciate your patience. I'll watch the video upon returning home and explore what I can accomplish with the card.
