The device appears to be outdated, or this problem likely emerged on a previous model. You've already attempted to run Windows 10, which seems to have resolved the issue for many users.

It's a fresh device I constructed using Windows 11 Pro. I've expanded my Windows setup, so I'm unsure if adjusting settings triggered any problems.

The error points to a problem with TPM. Possible fixes include: 1) Disable fTPM and enable discrete TPM in BIOS. 2) If this doesn't resolve it, reinsert the CPU and verify pins are straight. 3) Once resolved, reach out to your supplier for the motherboard and CPU.
