You need to get the Windows 10 media creation tool from Microsoft. It lets you install Windows 10 on your system without losing any data.

Unfortunately, none of the mentioned fixes functioned; an error occurred during the update. I also attempted a DISM repair, but it didn't resolve the issue.

It seems like a reinstall is necessary, unfortunately. This has consistently resolved the problems I faced with Windows. You might want to try running the setup process once more. It would also be wise to look into Microsoft's live support resources. I truly appreciate how effective their customer service has been for me.
