I was updating the firmware for my Samsung SSD and everything stopped working, so I took a 30-minute break. Even after restarting the PC, the issue persisted. I’m not sure what to do next.

Use a Windows recovery disk or try a clean installation without formatting the drive

I don’t have a recovery disc and I can’t even try to reinstall it because there aren’t any buttons for repair or anything.
