I recently upgraded my 5600X to a 5900X but couldn't get the BIOS code 99. I've booted with one GPU, only the boot drive connected, verified all cables, reset CMOS (pressing button and removing battery), and tested multiple BIOS versions. The 5600X boots normally while the 5900X doesn't. I tried using a different motherboard for the 5900X, which worked initially. Swapped another 5900X and it still stuck on the same code. On the screen, it shows the Aorus splash and then jumps to the "American Megatrends" splash, but doesn't let me access BIOS or boot normally. The specs are: CPU 5900X, Mobo X570S, Aorus Master GPU, 3080x2, 32GB DDR4 3600 (Gskill Royal), PSU 1600W.
