Hello, I've set up a PC for my friend but it's failing to load when installing Windows. When using the installer USB inside the computer, the loading window stalls and the system doesn't respond. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this issue?

It seems the system is failing. Check RAM stability using Memtest86 before attempting to install Ubuntu from a USB drive and observing any crashes.

Consider refreshing the BIOS settings. Test the USB drive on a different machine.
