Hello, I encountered an unusual issue with the Windows firewall. It appeared unexpectedly, even though I had no new antivirus installed, updated drivers, or changed settings. The same problem persists across all files and directories. I attempted the steps Google suggested and tried various solutions except reinstalling Windows, which I prefer to avoid.
