Error encountered when trying to access BIOS settings, resulting in a black screen.
Hey everyone! I faced a issue after changing the display settings to AMD integrated DP. The BIOS settings won't open, and I see a POST screen asking for del or F2. When I try to enter BIOS, it just shows a stuck black screen. I've tried switching back to the GPU, reset the BIOS, and used different monitors like an old 1080p model, LG 5K2K, and Samsung 4K TV, but nothing appears when I go into BIOS settings.
Already tested connecting to the motherboard graphics, GPU connections, but still no success.
Even after removing CMOS, the BIOS should still reinitialize automatically.
FIXED!!! I switched to Fedora and Windows normally, everything seems fine except possibly the SSD. It might have been the EFI partition that was damaged—so I removed it, booted into BIOS, updated the BIOS with the latest version, and since my BIOS was outdated, it worked perfectly after reinstalling the SSD. The BIOS now shows correctly, and everything functions as expected. Thanks! The SSD issue might have appeared after installing Fedora.
