Hello, I’m facing serious issues with my computer system. Since buying this custom-built PC, I’ve experienced repeated blue screens whenever I shut down a game. While I can play games for long periods without problems, once the game ends, the system freezes completely and I encounter a BSOD. A common error message I see is “WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR.”

PC specifications:
- CPU: i9-10900K
- CPU cooler: Corsair H150i
- GPU: AORUS RTX 3070
- Motherboard: ASUS Z590-A Prime
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 32GB (2x16) 3200MHz
- PSU: Corsair RM850
- SSD: NvMe Samsung SSD 970
- OS: Windows 10 Pro (also tried Windows 11)

Actions taken so far:
- Swapped motherboard (same model)
- Updated power supply
- Replaced RAM
- Tested GPU on another machine (functioning perfectly)
- Swapped M.2 SSD
- Installed Windows via boot USB
- Tested both Windows 10 and 11
- Updated BIOS and drivers to latest versions
- Ran CHKDSK – no corruption detected
- Performed MemTest86 – results clean
- Ran DISM and System File Checker

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m really concerned and don’t want to keep replacing parts, as this machine has become quite costly.

Attempted to install Windows 10 and 11. Sourced the installers from where? Confirmed the OS version and tested Windows 11 via internal upgrade. Recommended reinstalling Windows 11 in offline mode after creating a bootable USB drive. Ensured BIOS and drivers were updated to the most recent versions after flashing the BIOS.

This was built by a computer planet on order, delivered without a GPU and went out of business. We requested a refund from the bank and received the full amount back. The system was initially set up on Windows 11, but we took it to a repair shop (likely an error) and they upgraded it to Windows 10 Pro without fixing the problem. We tried using a media creation tool from microsoft.com, formatted the drives, and reinstalled Windows multiple times. Even after replacing an SSD, the issue persisted.

Regarding your question about CMOS, I’m not sure if clearing it is necessary now or at a specific stage. I’ve read about it, but I’m not certain if physically removing it from the motherboard is required or just a quick reset.
