We received a Dell Inspiron 24 All-In-One pre-installed with Windows 11. I attempted to create a recovery USB using a new 32gb USB stick but couldn't locate the drive. I checked the "Back up system files to the recovery drive" option and was directed to insert a USB with at least 32gb space. An article suggested disabling that option, then trying again. However, without disabling it, the USB remained invisible and I still faced issues. Another guide advised running reagentc /info from an admin prompt, which showed "Windows RE status: Enabled" but didn't clarify its meaning. I'm unsure if the drive requires more than 32gb to fit. Anyone has a solution? Thanks!

Even though there were recommendations to uncheck and recheck system file backup, the USB drive still isn't detected... The command "reagentc /info" shows that Windows RE status is active. It might be worth confirming whether more than 32gb is needed for the USB drive or ask for additional help to resolve the issue.
I hope you can find a solution.
