I don't even know how to describe it. If I were handling this, I'd remove the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS settings and check if that fixes the odd date issue. If not, I'd try updating the BIOS to see if it resolves the problem. The error you're seeing is about the date/time being incorrect.

I attempted to use the CMOS battery to clear the settings, but the clock and date remain unchanged. Can you check if updating your BIOS via a USB stick is possible, similar to installing Windows?

Sure, just take the bios from the manufacturer’s site. They’ll have instructions on how to download them via their support or documentation section. It should be straightforward.
