To try and improve the situation, I reached out for assistance. Today I restarted my computer and it kept failing with serious kernel errors that I couldn't resolve. I decided to reinstall Windows, but the crashes continued. I backed up some data and completely wiped both my SSD and HDD using a full reset. The process stopped mid-way, leaving me stuck. I managed to wipe the SSD via BIOS, but now every time I attempt to boot, I’m forced to pick between 64-bit or 32-bit without any repair tools or the ability to reinstall Windows. Please help me out.

On a different machine, open Microsoft's media creation tool to generate a fresh USB install. Then perform the reinstall as needed.

Not sure, depends on the device and connection type.

You mentioned the system was 8GB and wondered if you attempted a Windows reinstall. Did you use the reset feature in Windows 10?
