Make sure the SATA cable is removed from the other drive. Confirm if you're setting up Windows on a newly allocated space or an existing partition.

When setting up Windows, it’s best to boot from USB with UEFI enabled and secure boot active. Use a fresh drive without pre-made partitions so Windows can create them automatically. Start with a local account first to prevent internet usage and give Windows time to install drivers properly. The final step is optional—just sign in with your own credentials if you prefer.
