Hello! This issue keeps occurring recently. I often find myself on the lock screen right after a BSOD, and it happens again in about five seconds before restarting. My PC can run for an hour, but I haven’t identified a clear cause. The Event Viewer isn’t providing useful information either.

I’ve tried several things:
- Updated all apps and drivers
- Reinstalled AMD graphics drivers via DDU
- Reinstalled AMD chipset drivers
- Ran sfc /scannow multiple times
- Performed DISM scan, check, and restore health
- Replaced RAM
- Disabled EXPO
- Reinstalled Windows through the settings menu (trying to avoid a full reset if needed)

I’m still unsure what else I might have missed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey there -- thanks for reaching out. It looks like I fixed the exact problem by swapping my usb-c to ethernet adapter (from a ugreen to a belkin). But soon after, the old issue popped up again, causing random internet drops while windows stayed connected. The only quick fix was to unplug and plug it back in (not just the adapter) or let Windows troubleshooter restart the device (just turn it on and off). I also had to stop using the internal NIC because of other problems like dropped connections and failed uploads, and the Intel I225-V on an Asus board means there are usually many issues. I tried installing the latest drivers manually, but that didn’t help. Would it be better to open a new thread about this? Thanks again for your support!

You may require an updated adapter, specifically one labeled WIFI6, AX, AC2100, which should resolve any driver problems for several years.
