A few months back, the pump for my AIO cooler stopped working. While taking it out, I saw a heat spreader fall off a memory stick. I removed the stick, tried to reattach it, and put it back in. I sent it back for replacement under warranty. When I switched to the stock Wraith cooler, things got worse—I twisted many CPU pins while installing and removing it. I upgraded the CPU instead. The current setup is ASUS ROG Strix B550i with NZXT H210, upgraded to Ryzen 7 5700x (needs BIOS update), paired with NZXT Kraken M22 AIO and a 120-pack of Patriot Viper 2x16GB RAM. After replacing the cooler, I faced problems with both RAM modules. I returned the RAM for replacement but still can’t boot both sticks. Now only A1 is working; using B1 blocks BIOS access. I’m unsure what to do next—running single-channel is fine, but I’d rather avoid it. I’m worried about trying a different case later, since I don’t want to rebuild an ITX board unless I really need to.

I had to upgrade the BIOS to accommodate the new CPU, and that's already completed. I'm confident I'm still running the latest BIOS version.
