Error encountered during startup.
I purchased a vital mx500 (250gb) to swap in my laptop hard drive. I followed all the instructions, cloned the disk using Acronis, and now the new SSD isn’t booting properly—it’s showing an error. I only had a few essential files backed up before, and during troubleshooting when I tried to reset the PC, it didn’t work. Please assist me.
I’m not sure I just removed it from the box and it copied itself.
