Error encountered during game update or launch.
As noted in the title, when launching a game or updating software I experience a blue screen. I've tested various titles using different launchers; some work initially then crash again. I can use apps like Chrome and basic system tools such as Event Viewer without issues. Problems consistently arise with Kernel Mode Heap Corruption or Bad Pool Caller. Updating drivers didn't help, and even a full PC reset hasn't resolved the issue. I've searched online for solutions but haven't found a clear fix.
System details: Windows 10 x64, Full retail version, approximately three years old. Processor: Ryzen 7 2700X, GPU: MSI GTX 1070 ROG STRIX B450-F, stock BIOS, Corsair Vengeance RGP PRO SL 16GB DDR4 3600MHZ power supply.

You might want to consider disabling AMD RAID and also: upgrade your UEFI to the newest release, which is currently June this year. You can apply Armory Crate [at the bottom of the page] to update both the BIOS and drivers. Make sure to install the latest AMD chipset drivers released in May this year. [Armory Crate isn't compatible with the newest chipset drivers] Let me know if these steps together helped solve your problem.
Hi, thank you for reaching out. Your UEFI update didn’t resolve the issue until it worked after a game. When you tried installing WoW again, it crashed after downloading, showing "IRQK not less or equal." After updating chipset drivers, it started crashing immediately during updates with "Bad pool caller." Now that both updates are applied together, it’s still not working. You mentioned attaching the new Minidump files for reference. Please let me know if you’d like further guidance.
It seems the RAID driver was blamed for all three crashes. It loads automatically from Windows but isn't typically the top storage choice unless RAID is enabled. You're using a dynamic disc, and the latest dumps show AMD RAID driver working on those too. The file rcbottom.sys is present. Did you run a reset in Windows or perform a full reinstall via USB flash drive? The reset option isn't ideal.
I think you're using a dynamic disc, but it's not 100%. The reset option might help, and a fresh installation could resolve the problem.
It might work, but I wouldn't rely on a dynamic disk. You may want to avoid it. It's unclear whether you perform this in Diskpart or if deleting partitions during installation resets the setup. Always verify with Diskpart before installing. A dynamic disk is mainly needed when you need Windows to combine your drives into a single unit, using RAID drivers.
Following Bjoolz's advice, double-check in UEFI that the storage controller is configured as ACHI... this should resolve any RAID driver issues. Updating AMD RAID drivers through Windows might also help, though I can't provide detailed instructions from a mobile device.
