No, I didn't replace all the cables. The two PSUs are different models.

Yes, I had to use an extension for the 850-watt setup because of the short SFX cables. The extension came from Coolermaster and was 16 AWG, while the 750-watt unit was an ATX model. It seems a crash occurs when I do many tasks, which happens all the time since I work on my PC regularly.

Are you asking if the new PSU is also a Cooler Master PSU? You haven't answered your question yet—what are the different PSUs you're referring to? I noticed many BSODs or crashes with extension cables, so it seems the cable might be the issue.
