I'm starting this build from scratch, having used a few PCs before and working with troubleshooting tools. This is my first all-new setup. Before installing the power supply, I booted up the PC to check for any issues. After finishing the installation and posting it, it wouldn't boot at all—no power, no display, everything seems brand new except the GPU. I removed the SSD and used only one memory channel to see if that would help, but it didn't. I also unplugged it and removed the Seamoss for the night, yet the problem persists. Everything is still plugged in correctly.

It seems you're referring to a GPU model. Could you clarify which one? I believe you meant the MSI 1080 Ti gaming GPU.

Consider changing your BIOS or switching to a different display output. It looks like someone else faced the same problem with a 10 series card.

I chose a premium HDMI cable for installing Windows to ensure the display functioned properly once it was set up. The display port started working after the installation, and I’m not sure what caused the problem but it resolved itself.
