A failing or failing drive often leads to unexpected errors, sometimes without clear cause. If Crystaldisk confirms it's fine, I'm likely to trust that. You might want to use "SFC /SCANNOW" to check many windows' integrity. Open CMD with admin privileges (search for it, right-click and run as admin), then type: scf /scannow. It could take some time, depending on any errors discovered during the scan. (If no issues, it should finish quickly.)

I question if the SSD is handling memory management properly. The most probable issue seems to be a faulty component, such as a damaged read/write head, insufficient power supply, or overclocking.

The 14% is quite low. Your drive isn’t exactly doomed, but it has limited capacity remaining. Could you share a screenshot? Here’s the SSD information for your C drive.
